What does each "shipment" include?
Each "shipment" contains standard-size 750ml wine bottles (unless otherwise noted). Additionally, you will receive information about the wines, regions, and other helpful tidbits about your selections. Billing and pricing information is not included with your order, so no need to worry about that if you're gifting it! (This information is available for review in your account profile.)
How much do the wine club packages cost?
The cost for each package varies depending on the type of package you select and the frequency in which you would like to receive it. Package costs range from $49 - $199. There may on occasion be special offers that fall outside this range, but our core selections will fall in the range above.
Is there a minimum number of months required to join?
No, we do not have any monthly minimums.
Do I get to pick the wines?
Each month's wine club is curated by our in-house staff. We are always on the look out for a selection that is well versed, from the timeless classics, to selections from up and coming winemakers, and to those who are taking risks with something new and completely different that we haven't seen before.
What if there is something wrong with the wine?
Pop the cork back in or screw the top back on and let us know right away so we can replace it. We ask that you return the bottle with the wine still inside so we can assess what's wrong and get it to the special place where flawed wines go. Flawed bottles happen, but we won't make you drink them!
When will my order be ready?
If you've place an order online to be picked up, we can most likely put it together right away! If not, we'll let you know, though it typically wouldn't take longer than 24 hours. Please see the "Delivery and Pickup" section for more details on delivery schedules.
Does my delivery require a signature?
Yes. A signature from an adult, 21 years of age or older is required for all deliveries. Consider making your delivery a business address or any address where someone will be present during the day. If you want to change your shipping address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you ship wine to my state?
Due to Maryland state law, we cannot ship wine to any state. Currently, we only deliver within our Local Annapolis Radius. All wine orders that do not meet delivery requirements will be available to pick up from our Annapolis Towne Centre location, 201 Harker Place, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Please refer to our Delivery and Pick Up page for a list of eligible Zip Codes.
If I order a wine club, can I have it delivered to a different address or picked up by a recipient?
Yes. Our only limitation is that we can only deliver within our Local Annapolis Radius. See above.
Can I change my order frequency?
You can log into your wine club account and change the frequency of your order at any time. You can also email us at email@example.com or call 410.571.2011 and we can assist you with making any changes.
How do I change the delivery or billing address?
You can log into your wine club account and select manage subscriptions. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 410.571.2011 with your order number.
How do I get Wine Club discounts, coupons, and new information?
When you join our club you are automatically subscribed to our wine club email list. Once on the list, you will be the first to know about new offers and promotions.
